Background
Phase one of the project ran from December 2006 to May 2007. WIP commissioned SOLACE to undertake a review of the partnerships.
In August 2007, WIP contacted potential consultancies with a consultant brief to invite them to bid for the contract for phase two of the partnerships review. The Tavistock Institute was selected as the winning consultancy.

The second phase of the project has so far included the following workshops and meetings.
- Interviews with key partners
- WiSB and WiSBEx workshops
- Workshops with Partnership Development Teams (representatives of the main partnerships)
- Coaching workshops
- Six Project Team meetings
Future meetings include:
- A further two prohect team meetings
- Whole System Event - 6 June
